Plain dutch weave wire cloth is plain-woven using two sizes of wire. Smaller wires, as small as micron size, are used in the shute direction and are plain-woven with a larger warp wire.
The smaller wires are plain-woven tightly together, providing a tight mesh for filtering. The larger wire provides strength to the mesh. The mainly used of the plain dutch weave wire are filtration and separation of liquid . Because of its distinctive structure and weave pattern, dutch woven wire cloth is a lot of used in fine filtration than normal s.s. square mesh.Present densest dutch woven cloth will have the mesh gap size as small as three microns.So we also decision dutch woven mesh micron-grade filter fabric.
